Visited 24 July 2022 Our group of 3 (expecting one more) showed up and wanted to sit inside because it was a bit chilly... outside. We were told there was about a ~30 minutes wait so we decided to sit outside until a table was available. Not even 5minutes after we sat down, a table opened up since the guest at that table wanted outside seating. So, we basically swappedseats. Inside, we ordered drinks and appetizers while waiting for our 4th friend to show up. We had Nachos - $15; add carnitas- $6. It was hearty with a lot of cheese and beans, which made it more of a meal than an appetizer. We also had bacon-wrappedjalapeños - $13, which were good but not too spicy, with cilantro/ranch dipping sauce. I also had Glass of red bland /troublemake wine - $13 and Honey Sriracha wings (which tasted more like classic Buffalo) - $18. After the appetizer I was fullso I didn't finish my wings and took them to go. Our visit was very straightforward, no frills. The waitress was attentive andbrought our food quickly. With the exception of my wings tasting like classic Buffalo and not honey Sriracha, everything elsewas smooth. Read more

There is ample dining room and bar seating + and outdoor seating area. The food was outstanding!!! We had the Street Slide... Sliders, Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños and an amazing "Elder Fashioned" ???? If you're in Atascadero/Paso Robles and need foodbefore wine tasting like we did, this is a great, casual spot. The service was top-notch, as well. Lots of street parking (wehad 2 free hours of parking ????). You're welcome! Read more

Third time is the charm?. We have now agreed every time we are in or near Paso Robles we must stop at Street Side Ale House?.... Their fish and chips the best, in my opinion, in California Must have and the servers and bartenders are the nicest people Read more

A family member took me to Street Side Ale House for dinner. I'd never been. Service, food, drink, and AMAZING!! I'm hooked and... fully intend to try every single item on the menu!! When we left, a family member left his wallet and didn't realize it for overan hour. We called and they'd found it seconds after we left, and tried to give it back, but we were gone. Got back, got thewallet and everything was there!! Street Side Ale House is INCREDIBLE!!! Read more

I've been trying out some new places in Paso. For the most part everything has been good to great. Street Side Ale House is... one if the great ones. My first trip sat at a high top in the bar really cool atmosphere and great service. If your intobourbon their selection is one of the best I've seen in awhile especially in this area which is predominantly wine country. Imean not many places have Pappy available along with a deep selection of Willett labels. The club sandwich I had was exquisiteand definitely elevated from your typical white bread club. Also the beer selection on tap is very good. Give it a try I thinkmost people would enjoy it. Read more

Had the Florana gin drink and the bacon crusted cheeseburger. Burger was delicious. Server recommended sweet potato fries they... were perfect not soggy. Also had the pretzel sticks. Cheese was homemade, creamy and pretzels fluffy and warm. Was a chill spotfor lunch and a drink. The booth seats are really close to the table so if you are a big girl like me you might not like that.Wasnt the most comfy. If you are a bigger person trying to sit there could be awkward so ask for table. Read more

Great food, AMAZING selection of cocktails, beers, and mocktails. Their vegetarian burger patty taste so good! And so does the... fish tacos. Great portion for the price. Lots of seat options and a very entertaining decoration throughout the restaurant, specially on the way to the restrooms. We highly recommend it as a stop on your drive down 101 like we did and even if you'restaying in Paso Robles. There's a nice city park in front of it where you can chill/stroll after your visit.
