I usually have a decent time at this restarunt... however, I waited 35 minutes and had to ask several times for my order to be... filled. Id been forgotten in the line multiple times. Omg. And all I ordered was a cheesy roll up. Tortilla. Cheese. Greensauce. Sigh. I wish I could give a better rating but there were also a lot of dead flies on the ground and for some reason dirton 2 tables... but other than that I always enjoy taco bell so don't be scared of my review. Best potato cheese quesidilla I've had to eat on a roadtrip. Clean enough restroom. Drive thru service was quick & easy. Inside... a bit slow, but no real issue. Tip: order on the app or the tablets. Easier to customize for vegetarian/vegan options. Read more
I did a online order went to pick it up got home. I was checking mi order and I had special order a cheese quesadilla without... the sauce for my daughter and she opened it and it had the sauce. So I call the store to let them I was going to go back and ifthey could remake my whole order since by the time I get back home the rest was going to be cold. So I told them what I hadorder the cashier in the drive trough give me my order and i told her I was still missing my beef chalupa and she said I?m sorryI didn?t hear you say that. So I was like a beef chalupa and she ask soft or hard and I say soft. So I get home to open up againmy order and guess what ?it was really hard ? Ok those beef chedder crunch Gorda taco things are so gross if only I got the chicken instead maybe it might of been better idk... I ain't spending that much money on 2 heartburn taco's. Read more
Poorly managed restaurant. The store's information in the taco bell mobile app didn't list a change in hours and claimed the... restaurant was still operating. I am in town on strict business and have likited free time. Would not recommend this location toanyone who doesn't have time to drive around town or the funds to wait for the cancellation to process. It's not difficult tothink ahead and plan accordingly when there is an issue with employee availability or changes to hours of operation. Read more
Late night snack after a concert and choices are limited. Figure we know the menu at Taco Bell and they are consistent and we... know what to expect. Not this time - simple order of a burrito supreme and a couple of taco supremes. Supreme at Taco Bellmeans sour cream - which is what was missing on our food. We were only in town for the night and took our food back to themotel - not worth going back out to have the order corrected. Nothing wrong other than that but a disappointment. Read more
