I have never been treated so poorly in my life ! When we first got there we were informed they were understaffed I had no... problem with that or the Waite. Working understaffed is hard I understand that and don?t mind waiting. But when I ordered theramen the waitress was super rude about telling me ?you know Raman always comes with broth and noodles right? yes I know that Ihave had Raman from all around the USA. So we continued with our order we also ordered some sushi. After ordering she microwavedare Raman and never put in are sushi order. When we receive are ramen I honestly couldn?t eat it it was horrible I felt bad butwe were ready to go. We let the nice guy making the sushi know if you didn?t make it yet please don?t we don?t want to wasteanymore food. He was very understanding and sweet about it. When we told them we were ready to go we didn?t like the ramen thewaitress said? omg I brought everything out but one thing? super loud where everyone could hear her. After that I was gettingupset trying to not make a bad experience out of it. We even quietly let them know that we didn?t like the food. In all I havenever been treated like that before and was highly disappointed. I appreciate the sushi guy and his understanding. And the worstpart of it all was Our waitress never once wash your hands before touching silverware and microwaving our food. Even afterhanding money and other customers. It?s our favorite sushi restaurant. There?s a definite difference in freshness and flavor here versus other sushi restaurants. ... Scott does most of his own food prep, and they do take reservations. The food is also consistent. It?s never hit or miss likeyou see sometimes at various places. I wouldn?t say it?s the cheapest, but it?s the best quality. Read more

I've never had better service at a restaurant! Our server, Sydney, gave the best suggestions on sushi rolls. But my favorite... suggestion was to try the dessert! Sashimi - I have had the 20 piece mixed sashimi dinner. The white fish is notable and the salmon sashimi! Chef Scott has chosen... the best salmon to make his sushi with. The amount of fat on the salmon is more than any other on the ms gulf coast. The fatreally shines through! Almost like butter. Ramen - the fried ramen is packed with seafood Rolls - the pebble beach roll andthe firecracker roll are amazing! I am sure the other rolls are great too! This is my favorite sushi place! Read more
My lunch was nothing short of fantastic. I live for fresh tuna and I have not had tuna this good since I was in Ft. Lauderdale.... The staff was incredibly attentive and the chef/owner was knowledgeable and made beautiful food. Will absolutely return! Read more

Just had dinner at Fatsumo Sushi in the Pass and what a delightful experience! Jacey our waitress did an excellent job of... explaining menu and recommended the perfect rolls for us. We brought our own bottle of wine and enjoyed it for a small corkagefee. Sushi rolls were on point and by far the best we have had on the Coast. Can?t recommend this place enough! Read more
