So I went to Burger King craving a Double Whopper meal going to the drive thru is usually a quick experience but the associate... taking my order was rude and cut me off while I was giving my order. I don't see how double Whopper meal with cheese no onionsor tomatoes was super hard she had to stop me and ask me again. I stopped and repeated myself three times and when I got to thedrive thru window she still had to ask me what sauce I wanted when I asked for a 4 piece nugget. She ended up asking me threetimes as well which became annoying. When I looked at my burger the cheese was barely melted and it looked liked the skipped outon the slices of cheese. Nice clean BK. Best of all, there?s a nice indoor playground and games for kids. Indoor playgrounds in restaurants are very hard... to come by these days. I hope they never remove it. The staff are nice, bathrooms and eating areas were clean. Read more

I can't believe how slow they are and they forget part of your order. Today was a really bad day for them. Once a polish girl... showed up things starting moving along. I spoke to the manager about the plants they have these small nats maybe 300 of theminside and like 50 to 100 of them outside. I asked her to remove them from the store they are going to infest the whole store.She just didn't care too the Indian manager.just brushed me off politely. All food was cold and the bread so soggy and I had toask them to make it over. I was scared since they might spit in it or do something. I was watching them. They are defoverwhelmed. God bless them for working hard but they need to work better as well. I was there for a while. No one asked for myorder or if I am being helped. When the polish blonde girl came in thats when I got Mobile order. UPDATE: It was removed after2 weeks. Service continues to be difficult. But their is this new African american lady she seems to really care about everyonesorder. Very helpful person. Read more
(07/06 @ 10 PM) There are only 2 workers at this time, a man and a lady. The lady working at this time, Maria, has no manners... for speaking to customers and is very disrespectful. This is the second time I've encountered her here and her attitude stillhasn't changed. Her customer service lacks a lot of effort and she needs to improve or she just shouldn't be working in an areawhere she encounters others. I ordered my meal online and when I got to the store to pick it up, they said they never receivedmy order (Attached is my receipt). Once I entered, Maria started yelling at me to leave the store. I was only going in to see ifmy order was ready. I had protection (mask) and went in because the door was still open. I ordered the "$20 Ultimate PartyBundle" and when I checked the bag I realized that I was missing some food. I attached a picture of my meal. The meal came with6 sandwiches, I only got 4. This restaurant needs to put more effort into encountering customers and needs to improve theircustomer service. Read more
We went to see the King of Burgers but he would not see us. The Prince of Fries did greet us like old friend.
