Husband and daughter raved about the chicken. 2nd daughter said the Lomo saltado was great. Their cheuf rice needed some work.... Rice was kinda crunchy like it didn't get cooked enough. Store was hot as hell then again I am sure NJ isn't used to 95 in theshade Temps. Read more
They make really good lomo saltado and lomo de pollo just not enough meat a lot of onions and fries so it’s deceiving when you... open it when serving you can see not enough meat, but the sauce and rice is really good. Read more
I don't know why you put the tip on the receipt!! If I want I give them the tip and if I want I don't give them anything! It is... not an obligation that the client has to give you the tip that you ask for! And on top of that they take advantage of theclients with the tips they change the prices that they actually say on the menu! That is consumer abuse. Absolutely unacceptable. We ordered two orders of white quarter chicken (breast part) with white rice and extra sauce for pick... up. We received dark meat. Now this isn’t the first time this occurred. Last time we received one dark and one white quarterchicken which we just let it go. Now this time around we received two dark meat quarters chicken which we specifically indicatedon the phone we wanted white meat. I called to request them to exchange it to the correct order. The guy said he didn’t speakEnglish and when they finally understood they said they can’t switch it.How is it that it’s ok for the restaurant to make amistake and they couldn’t correct it.
