DO NOT GO! Go to a different place like La Chiflada. It is unsafe & if you want to get scammed then come here. They told us $180... at the door for a bottle & ended up charging us almost $300. We told the waitress Carol Guerrero to give us the bottle that is$180.00 she gave us Patron. They give you the bottle first without the receipt, so it wasn’t after we were drinking that wesaw she lied to us and didn’t give us the $180 bottle. We never had issues in this place but other friends & family told usthey scam. They charged other people absurd prices and they had to fight to dispute the charges. We ended up paying the bottlebecause they would not listen to us. This is not worth it for a night that is meant to be fun. Horrible customer service & veryunorganized! Sad because my family has been coming for years but never again! Read more

I have been in this place for 4 concerts, they were Awesome! However the price of the bottle that they make you buy are absurd... and abusive, the first 3 times were around $300+, which whatever but this last time with the 2 Carnales they Made you buy a$1000 dollar or 2 $350+ and the prices are not even on the menu. That is a shame because I had a great time, but paying thatamount of money for drinks is not worth traveling 2 hours. I tried asking for prices on the bottles for an upcoming concert andthey will not give you an answer. ???????? I guess they don’t want to disclosure prices so people go blind and once you’rethere you have no choice but buy them. Read more

So...I went to see Vilma Palma a couple of weeks ago. The experience was horrible. It was my first time there so I ordered my... tickets online for VIP. Once got there we were told that in order to stay at the table we had to order a bottle of liquor. Wewere told EVERY bottle on the menu was $250!! So we went to the standing section considering every bottle on the menu was $50 atany liquor store!! So it gets better....the concert was suppose to start at 9pm. The DJ was good and doing his best to keep theatmosphere going. We ( concert goers ) were never told any information as to what was going on. The concert started over 3 HOURSlater!! If it wasnt for the fact that I wanted to see Vilma Palma so bad we would have left after the 2nd hour. We willdefinitely avoid this venue as much as possible. You should do the same. Read more

El burrito sureño is my go to a Fiestas. They’ve had a few renovations since I started coming here. The place looks really... nice, and I also enjoy the atmosphere and the service. The skirt steak is also really good, music is very loud but it seems likethat’s a trend in this area. Read more

Overall this location has everything going for them- the vibe, the music, photo worthy walls, etc. However, their service is... super shady. I asked for water (which is usually free everywhere) and after getting a round of shots and 5 waters we realizedthey charged us $40 for 5 waters smh insane!! They should’ve let us know that beforehand. Also, some of the security guardsare just plain rude. They seem ready to fight at all times- which I guess is good in case something bad happens but like comeon, take a chill pill. One of them put my friend in a chokehold just because he asked the security guard a question. He wasn’teven rude about it and we were all so shocked. Overall, they have some figuring out to do. I'm not giving 1 stars because I like some of their staff and when they bring artists it's a good vibe. But they are not... organized at all. They serve hookah but the hookah staff don't have shirts or anything to identify them so it's hard to know whoto ask for hookah. The servers don't come around to serve people when they get there and there's such a miscommunication thatit's better to not even order food or alcohol from them. I was waiting for a bottle or Hennessy for about half hour then went toanother server and she said she was gonna take our order so I told her to let the other server know that she was bringing thebottle to us already. So the first server brought the henny bottle and then short after that the other one brought it too andshe opened it and they wanted to charge us 2 bottles I said no since we already had our bottle and I told her to take her bottleback. They started arguing in front of the table. I ordered salmon sushi rolls and they brought me California rolls. And the DJwas the worst DJ ever he likes to talk a lot like a lot in between songs and on the songs. If he let one song run completely itwas a lot. I might give it another chance because it's a big venue and they bring good artists sometimes but other than thatnope. Will never be my regular go to spot. Sorry Fiesta, yall really disappointed me.
