I don't even bother coming to this location anymore everytime I end up disappointed and waste my money on bad service and messed... up orders. I ordered an ice mocha latte and it literally just tasted like milk with some chocolate syrup and no taste. I go backto ask them to fix my gfs drink. The manager was being rude and unprofessional telling me to come make the drink myself andtelling the workers to not assist me. Thankfully one of the employees offered to do it but honestly why is this location evenopen anymore, i wish this was just a one time thing but there is always something missing or extra charges made to orders. Youguys need a new manager because this lady is truly unprofessional talking unprofessionally to the customers, it's no wonder thislocation has gone downhill. Read more
What a joke, they give you whatever THEY want. Drive-thru was a nightmare, I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and shake. They... gave me the wrong shake and a chicken nugget happy meal with apple juice and apples. They didnt even ask about the drink orside, I also noticed I was charged extra for the apples. This guy works at night, is so ill-mannered, unprofessional and ignorant. i?m here to pick up Uber Eats I told them at the... window where do you place the order they said come to the window and when I got there this guy tells me I have to park on theside and come to the window like I don?t know why they want to people wait outside standing in the cold and it?s not safe eitherin this location they have people waiting outside to get the phone when they can be in the car and just grab the food and be ontheir way whoever in charge of this need to take care of it ASAP. I can guarantee they cannot show this on the policy. therereally need to hire experienced professional workers someone who can be on the floor and knows the policy. Coffee was absolutely delicious I don't think I have ever had a better ice coffee than if I made it my self someone def put a... lot of love in my coffees and they were slammed the line was all the way out the door. One of the most getto Mc Donald's I've been too. Service is not fast and efficient. Night service stinks as they have their... priorities set on drive-thru and Uber, but not walk-up customers.
