First they forgot our drink and we called back and they gave us a credit for it so that was fine. Then took a bite out of our... pizza to discover it was covered in BBQ sauce instead of marinara sauce. So we called back again and very rudely, a woman named?Molly? or ?Emoli? (couldn?t really understand her), accused us of lying and pretty much told us to deal with it and that shewouldn?t do anything. Phone call took place between 7:50-8:05PM October 31st. Read more

We ordered a mountain dew, and a large marinara pie. The didn't send the soda so we called and supposedly got a credit then we... tried the pizza and it was BBQ instead of marinara. They accused us of lying and wouldn't come pick up the pizza. I wouldn't eathere again. Read more

I have to wait 2 hours to get my pizza.. I use my card to pay so I called the store to cancel my order.. they said they can... not do a refund, they can do a credit using my phone number.. I don't buy pizza hut that often so I don't need store credit.. Ifeel obligated to wait for a cold pizza.. I would never buy pizza from this place again.. Read more

Delivery was outsourced to DoorDash without asking/telling me first. If Pizza Hut is going to charge $4.50 for delivery, and... then get a third party to deliver, maybe they shouldn't charge half the price of the pizza just to deliver it. I don't trustthose third party couriers like Grubhub or DoorDash; there's very little culpability. On top of that, there was no safety sealon the box. How do I know the driver didn't open it? Even when I pick up from the restaurant, the box gets a seal onit. Overall, I felt like Pizza Hut doesn't want my business anymore. Read more

This Pizza Hut is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I went through the app to order my meal which was... difficult to begin with. An error occurred so I tried calling the store directly and I kept getting redirected over and over. Icalled the main customer service which was no help and kept sending me back to the automated system. The lack of service here isby far a crime. This place of business needs to close down because nothing good comes from here. They are no help and there isno care here for the customer. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from here so hopefully this locationcloses down. This experience shouldn?t happen to anyone. I feel sorry for who orders here. If this review can have any impact Ihope it?s to make sure this business ceases to exist. Read more

Horrible service!!!! had to wait 2 hours for food because they use dor dash service soo the time you are supposedly getting your... food is a time the dasher picks it up sooo by the time you get it itsfreeking cold and end up payig fees for delivery to pizzahut on top of tip!!!! no thanks!!
