Great Experience. I?ve been to several other hot heads and wasn?t very impressed. Decided to try it again today. Food was by far... the best I?ve had for this chain. Who I assume to be the owner or manager was very friendly and had my pickup ready veryquickly. Will definitely be back. Read more
Tacos fell apart as soon as I picked them up. Had to just eat the filling with a fork. Then found a hair in my food. Gross.
Old manager dude is rude. Ordered nachos for my mother, was told to order cantino nachos and just add to it. After I ordered he... said "next time just do build your own nachos" with a attitude. like okay no need for the unnecessary rudeness, you act like Icome to hot heads all the time and know how to order everything. I?ve been a long time customer since they opened around 2010. I even remember when they opened I received a free burrito coupon... from the pataskala street fair parade. Prices have probably doubled over the years (Inflation sucks!) but consistency andquality has not! This hothead is definitely the best I?ve been to in the Columbus or Toledo area as their quality is alwaysvery consistent and they give you a good portion of food for the price. Employees are always fast, friendly and provide greatcommunication too which is a great plus! I wish all the hothead burritos were like this one! The franchisee owner (I believehis name is Tony) is also a nice gentleman. He owns the pataskala subway as well as many other subways and hotheads in theregion. Read more
New management says this is supposed to be the size of the bowls. What a waste of money! Last time I come here for lunch.
The food we get is ALWAYS awesome and the service is so kind. We did have to wait for take out a little longer but they clearly... so busy they could not keep up. They kept asking if I was ok and kept reassuring me they were working on my order. What anamazing place! Read more
The service and portion sizes at this location are excellent. I go here every week and it's consistently great.
