Before tonight, I had never had chapate. Wow. Incredible. I have heard of this place before and seen other's recommend... it. When you see a hole-in-the-wall pizza place, you know it will either be some of the best pizza you've tasted or some of theworst. I am pleased to say that they also have some incredible pizza. My family has diverse taste in pizza, but everyone agreedthat the pizza was wonderful - especially the crust. The owners were there when I stopped in and they were very friendly andsaid that they would be adding more ethnic dishes on the menu. I was so glad I took the risk to try this one and I will gladlygive anything they add to the menu a shot! Read more

Re-opened under new owners and initially we had a wonderful experience every time we've ordered since the original owners... retired. However, tonight I had to repeat my very simple order (12" 5 meat w/pineapple, 12" black olive & green pepper) threetimes. When my husband arrived to pick up the order one of the pizza's was completely burnt, there was a worker walking aroundeating pizza, and another looking around like he wasn't sure how to make pizza. As I am writing this review my husband justarrived home with 2 incorrect pizzas (one partial meat no pineapple and 1 cheese). After being on hold for almost 5mins, I droveover, explained the situation, talked to the owner and they remade our order correctly. I think the new owners need to do somere-training or re-hiring if they want to maintain the business reputation Hornet's Nest has and not lose their customer base. Read more

So to start I want to let everyone know that this is a VERY small restaurant so to not go in with high preppy expectations. I... walked in waiting for my car to be fixed across was the street. I was welcomed by a sweet old lady. They have decent prices. 12"10 dollars, 14" 12 dollars. Pizza was Surprisingly really good. I reccomend to everyone who lives close by to stop there to getpizza and support a small local buisness. I heard their other food is pretty good but I can only vouch for the pizza wouldreccomend! I am a truck driver and not from this area. I ordered a pie to be delivered and it was here when they said it would be. Good... service and a really good pie! I Would recommend to non locals looking for quick delivery at a good price as well! Read more
