Chicken tenders are like wrapped in chicken skin and great quality chicken and flavoring. Tried a lot of tenders but these best... I ever had. Waffles are surprisingly 10x better then a biscuit, way bigger so light and not sweet like you would think, reallygoes perfect with the intense flavor of chicken. Since we happen to be down in Patchogue and wanted something quick we decided to stop for the greatest fried chicken in the... entire world. Is it the greatest fried chicken in the entire world probably not I've had some down south that's been better buton Long Island I don't think anything is better. We stopped off at 5 Brothers Fried Chicken & Waffles It is a very small placewith an absolutely horrible parking lot but the people that work there and the chicken more than make up for it. The wafflesare fresh made every single time. They had plenty of chicken in the heater but ask me if I would mind waiting a couple of extraminutes for fresh fried. Clearly I did not mind at all. We ordered a meal that contained 15 pieces of chicken four sides fourwaffles and a whole bunch of happiness. While waiting I spoke to one of the four brothers that were present. I asked him wherethe fifth brother was and he explained that I am the fifth brother. He explained that the other one was home but they want alltheir customers to feel like family so I got to be the honorary fifth brother lol We bought 15 pieces of chicken because wedecided that we would have lunch at home but four of the pieces didn't make it to the house. They're chicken is cooked welljuicy and delicious. My family prefers dark meat so they let us switch it without any problem. If you're ever in the area andyou decide that you want great fried chicken check them out. Honestly customer service is passive aggressive, they will up-sale you and not inform you. Got overcharged without knowledge the... only 2 times I’ve came and won’t go again. Chicken isn’t good just taste like a salt brine. price online and in store aretwo different prices got charged extra for something I did not want. And how is 2 waffles + 10wings & corn nuggets =$30 when Igot a 10 piece with a side or corn nuggets and it was still $30? A very pleasant surprise as far as fast food take out goes. The fried Chicken was very tender and tasty, the breading was not... overwhelming such as places like Kentucky fried Chicken. The sides were delicious nothing was overwhelmed with mayonnaise orextra needless sources filled with calories and sugar. The service was exceptional and the merchant was truly engaging,amicable, and a good sense of humor . We now have our fast food chicken restaurant for our cheat days. Ordered through Uber eats put specific instructions for the mashed potatoes for the gravy to be on the side. Not followed it was... like we got glue in a bucket of gravy everything was ice cold I could understand the waffle being cold but the chicken NO.Chicken did not have a great flavor. Very SMALL sides. Ordered on Uber eats. Got the 8 pieces of chicken and 2 waffles with 2 sides deal for 23.99. Picked curly fries and sweet corn... nuggets as the sides.
