Disappointing experience. A few of us chose to have dinner here tonight. The wait time was quoted 10 minutes, we were seated... earlier which was nice. The staff was friendly. However, I ordered my steak medium, and the served it to me well done. Myfriends mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders were cold, he wound up packing it in a box to cook it at home to eat. Thewaitress, while really nice, was almost non-existent. We were greeted for the initial order and the check at the end, when myfriend was finally able to ask for another drink? We rarely go to the Applebee's on Patchogue on Sunrise. This visit was barely ok food-wise, just like the last few times. The... staff was great though. Friendly and attentive. The Applebees on Vets in Bohemia is much cleaner and the food presentation aswell as taste is light years ahead of Patchogue. Read more

Had gift certificates we wanted to use . Went to this one since we were shopping in the area. Food was BLAND. No flavor. Manager... took $10.00 off the bill. Probably won't go back to this one. Spent $50.00 with the discount. Made sure waitress got a good tip.Food was not her fault. Read more

Off hours service is quite good, friendly, attentive and helpful! Once the crowds come it returns to normal...fast in, fast... out....but for off hours Applebee?s makes a nice change of pace with its reasonable variety, good value and helpful service.Enjoy! Read more
