The Patchogue location on waverly exit is absolutely horrible the last 3 times I have been there the staff has an attitude and... just shows how unprofessional the place is. Paying 15 dollars for basically toppings and tossed around food that the containerdoesn?t even make it home half the time. Have had to go back twice because my bowl is destroyed and in edible due to how it wasmade. Will definitely be my last time ever coming here and sticking to qdoba for better quality food and service. Haven't been to a Chipotle for a while, but went in the get my son a bowl. We asked for rice, half chicken, half beef, and... queso. That's it...the girl gave him like 5 pieces of each meat. He asked if he could get some pork and got another half. Heasked for chips on the side. The total came out to $24.98. I know things have gotten pricey but $25 for a fast food restaurantfor one person to eat? I told the girl to look at what he got... she turned around and checked, and then asked the other girlabout the other options (because about 7 more items he could have chosen he didn't want.) She still said that's the amount. Itold her she can have it for lunch and walked out. Chipotle you have lost our business! Robbing families... that's insane!! Used to be my favorite lunch spot. I had hopes this one would turn around but its getting worse. Once had thin pieces of bone in... my burrito. And every burrito after that was busting at the seams. And big mess. You can tell the staff doesntcare. Shame. These stores are good for a year after they open then decline. Read more
I don?t live in the area, just stopped in for lunch for the first time. I usually go to the Riverhead Chipotle. This location... was cleanest Chipotle I?ve seen even for lunchtime on Saturday. Friendly staff and very good food! Read more
The food here is normally good for Chipotle standards. I was busy working so had food delivered to my place and opened the... container for my chicken quesadilla and saw this (see photo). They smashed the quesadilla to fit it into the container and itturned into a blob of tortilla, cheese, and chicken. It was very difficult, and messy to eat but it is all the same in yourstomach I guess Lol. Just be aware when ordering delivery that this may happen. Read more
