I've been to Del Fuego numerous times and have had a great experience with them - the food is delicious! My coworkers and I... brought our classes here for a field trip to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and they couldn't have been more accommodating.The staff were incredible and our students had such a great time. Stopped in here for dinner last night. Ordered a frozen margarita. Although the server kinda warned that a frozen margarita... would taste watered down, I have had many frozen margaritas before that tasted just fine. This one didn't. Was just missing thattaste you expect from a margarita. Ordered the nachos for appetizer (could have made a meal out of them alone). They were quitegood and the server was willing to customize them. Ordered the Yucatan Style Chicken Enchiladas. They were ok, not great. The"chicken" was so dark that it kinda looked like beef so I'm sure it wasn't chicken breast ... which I would have preferred. OnceI got to the middle of the first enchilada, I noticed that the temperature was not hot and the cheese didn't really seem to befully melted. A mediocre Enchilada. Again points to the server/chef for willingness to omit the black beans for me. I think thestaff and the manager are very anxious to please, but I think the food is kinda just ok. Read more
This was my first time here for my birthday and the food was absolutely amazing. The waiter and busboys were so so nice. My... husband and I had the pleasure of talking with Tammy the manager and she is so amazing and makes you want to come back over andover. We came here on a Friday night and the wait wasn't too long. We were seated pretty quickly and our waitress was on top of... everything. I ordered the skirt steak fajitas and had a Midnight mule. Everything was absolutely delicious. The food came out sofast. I was surprised at how much food the fajitas was. I highly recommend them to anyone that comes in hungry. The midnightmule was the prefect drink to go along with the meal. It was refreshing and provided a delicious twist to a traditional Moscowmule. Read more
First time here, and we loved the atmosphere. The food was great specifically the burger I had and the margarita my girlfriend... had. However what really made the experience was our server Dara. She kept checking in on us the whole time and had some reallyfunny stories that made us feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back. Read more
So many gluten free options it's hard to choose from! I really liked the stuffed plantains (not offered anymore). "I'd come... back"- high praise from my dad. Caution!!! The nachos are now (at least as of Dec 2021) cooked in cross contaminated oil. Welet them know we were GF, but they didn't tell us about the free nachos until we ordered the Nachos Del Fuego. A great Tex Mex experience in NY. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Victoria is a gem of a server, very good at checking... on me, but not bothersome, she let me chill and take my time The ground beef tacos were perfectly seasoned and properlyhydrated so the meet was moist, but dry enough that all three tacos were crispy and not soggy by the time I ate them. Beans hada nice fire to them. The salsa was not my favorite, had almost a bbq flavor to it, prefer more of a fresh pico stylepersonally. I would recommend Del Fuego Read more
