Reviews for Don Quijote Restaurant in Patchogue, NY
I've been enjoying the food here for years and I'm STILL finding new treasures on the menu! My new fav item: "Platano Maduro... Relleno" [sweet plantain stuffed with your choice of meat/shrimp then melted cheese on top]. **Insider tip** If you're anEspresso Martini fan: The best one you've ever had is here; order one from Emma at the bar!!! The best Margaritas, Red Sangria and awesome food. Love the fajitas, chips, and their steak! They were very crowded, two years... later still. Still great margaritas. I would recommend going in a day not so crowded. Took a long time to get served but theywere very gracious. Read more
My family and I went for a nice Sunday dinner but left completely dissatisfied. The food was very bland. They charged 2.50 for... each soda and each refill without telling us. I ordered chicken milanese and it was burnt. One person in my party ordered anenchilada but received a spicy burrido. The food had small portions and was very over priced. They spilled salad dressing andwere just going to leave it there. The only good thing from our night was the singing guitar man. Read more
Ordered take out, my husband's was decent just lacked sauce. My order however, was hardly a burrito, I ordered the Santa Fe... burrito and it was all yellow rice, one hunk of "pulled chicken" I couldn't find but 2 beans and a few sparse chips inside. Theyalso forgot my chips. At twenty something dollars for just the burrito it was sad and not worth it at all. Read more
