Today I did door dash for munchkins and coffee they sold me stale muchkins then when I returned it they fought with me about it... .. plus when you walk in the place is filthy dirty counter and floors. I will never go there again I hope other people read thisand don?t go either .. Read more
The stars are for the customer service. Do not buy Boston crane or jelly donuts here. There is barely a teaspoon of filling and... they are $12.00 for a dozen. Ridiculous. Very dry until you get to the smallest bite of filling. Don't advertise filled donutsif they are not. That is the third and last time. After chemo just wanted something sweet. Disappointing! My order is always wrong but it's the only dunkin in our area. This is now the 3rd time I went in 3 hours before closing and... they had no drinks and refused to make any. No ice tea, coffee, ice coffee.. the only thing they said they have wasdecaffeinated iced coffee. The teens who work there dump everything way too soon. How are you a dunkin with no coffee? Read more
I love Dunkin Donuts, but I highly dislike this place. The customer service is not great at all. The benefit of the doubt maybe... the young lady had a bad day "wrong" she always have a bad day. Example when one says thank you, the other should say yourwelcome, but all I've received was a silent walk away. Do better Dunkin. Read more
I frequently visit this Dunkin location around 5:15am on Sundays while I'm on my way to my job. This morning was the SECOND TIME... I attempted to order through the mobile app, and they were closed! This location now has $20 of mine and I've received noproducts in return. When I spoke to the owner she told me to call ahead and she will give me $11 worth of Dunkin products, buthow often do I need $11 worth of Dunkin products? How can you just decide not to open on time some days when paying customersare placing mobile orders? After speaking with the very rude young lady who is working, she claims they were open.
