Really bad experience chicken was not fully cooked and they wouldn?t make me a new bowl.. the worker suzanna says it?s okay if... it?s medium cooked !!! I ordered online, and spent $17 on my burrito. What I ordered was the biggest burrito they offered on their website with just... steak (paid for extra steak) cheese queso and sour cream (I?m not big into having lots of things in my burritos i just like itsimple with the things I ordered) and what I received was a burrito around the width of my wrist and maybe five inches long.That?s not a $17 burrito. I asked them why my burrito is so small if I got the biggest burrito they could possibly make and theysaid it?s because I didn?t get rice beans or pico in my order. If you?re going to claim I need to order all these things in myburrito in order to not get a child size portion of food then maybe advertise it. I told them if I order this in my burrito thenyou need to add extra ingredients (like I paid for with the steak) in order to make it a big burrito like I wanted. They took myburrito, opened it up, and threw a ton of cheese and sour cream on top of it making it a huge mess to eat and it tasted likesour cream in a tortilla. I do not recommend eating here. Workers are rude, I will never be going back here. They put the tiniest scoop of chicken and get mad when you ask for more. Oh... yeah and charge you almost $3 extra. You are paying a good amount and they can?t even be nice enough too give you a full scoop.It?s disgusting. Dirty and the food is gross. Never again. Terrible. Read more
I eat at various MOE'S restaurants across Long Island. I love the pulled pork tacos and a"cup" of water. This is this is the 1st... time I was "denied" a cup of water. Maybe they've had people with less integrity steal other drinks but don't assume I would. Iwill not return to this location for that simple issue. Read more
Great food, great service! Will definitely return to our local Moe's. My youngest daughter does feel like she's owed a... "welcome to Moe's" by the staff as we didn't get a famous greeting (no issue here!). Read more
I basically exclusively order online here so I can't comment on the service, but my order is always ready on time and is almost... always correct. You can get a lot of food for a great value here and honestly it's prepared well and delicious on most occasionsas well. Never had an issue at this location and have been at least 5 times. They usually have deals on Mondays for mobileordering, but I'm not sure if they still do that. Read more
Great food but, who's brilliant idea was it by changing their logo??? Horrible decision by them. The yellow logo stood out and... it was much more eye-catching than this plain white blending in with everything else approach. Sorry definitely took a step backon that one. Read more
