Food may be good but why employ people who dont even wash their hands after using the bathroom? You heard me right folks an... employee walked out of the bathroom without washing her hands. This is not sanitary when handling food. Do better taco bell. Read more

It was around 4pm and six of the signs were still about breakfast. My husband wanted help watering but they told him he had to... put himself on a machine. He told them that he had no idea what he could order because most of the signs over his head are aboutbreakfast. They got a step stool change the signs and then told him they had to go and put his order in himself. There werepeople there who would help him but nobody did. We should have walked out but he knew that I want to tacos and would notdisappoint me. After he plays his order the process took almost 30 minutes from when we walked in until he places order. Then hewanted the receipt but they would not give him one they told him he would have to be sent to his email. How could we check ifsomething was wrong or right if we didn't have the receipt to check it? This was just ridiculous! Then there were a line of carsoutside about 7 to 10 deep. They will have their orders taken and were given their foods before we even got hours a gentlemannext to us choked and said next time he'll go through the car window and then just bring it inside to enjoy there because itwould be much quicker. I will definitely go to a different Taco Bell from now on. Read more

I am furious!! I literally waited on the line and the cars barely moved! Thirty minutes later, I actually get to the window for... my order. I get home to find 3 of the 6 items I ordered were wrong!!! I then went back in, got ahead of everyone else and toldthem what I was missing! So one guy says to a worker, give her a taco supreme NO tomato (along with the other two items thatwere given to me incorrectly). As if it couldn?t get any worse, I get home to find there were tomatoes on it! They wereobviously short handed, but why wasn?t there a sign outside warning of the long wait times? I burned almost 1/4 tank of gasjust waiting on line. I live about 10 min away, but I?m never going there again. Not EVER! Read more

These 5 stars go out to the employees. This location is always busy, and even with a line through the parking lot/on the street,... the employees are always so kind... you can tell they're doing their best. My order is always correct and packaged nicely, evenwhen I've ordered delivery through DoorDash. I wish that the owner could figure out a way to implement a second line tohopefully relieve the employees from being so overwhelmed with the long lines, keep customers from getting angry (and likelytaking it out on an employee who doesn't deserve it), and get delivery drivers/pickup orders out quicker. Great location, very rarely do they mess up my order. Lines are typically okay, they get you through in a reasonable time.... Obviously during peak hours there's a bit of a wait but whatever. ordered on the app, but when i walked in the nasty girl told me to go to the kiosk. waited about 10 minutes after i told her it... was on the app. i then saw a bag be placed into a bin and my app said my order was ready. a name was not called for another 10minutes until i got up there and asked where my order was. when i opened my food my quesarito was SQUISHED. it was literallyactually squished. the contents were spilling out of both ends and it was crushed. i am furious. If I could give negative 20 stars I would, I used the mobile app to place my order at approximately 5 o?clock had my husband go... pick it up ?. He waited there for an hour!!!! there?s no rush in that place, the workers could care less, drive-through half thetime was wrapped around the building, food usually is cold. He said customers were actually walking out without their orderseven though they already paid for them because it took so long.
