Out to dinner with my husband. Ordered an appetizer and we never got it. Our meal came . I ordered a chicken sandwich. The... chicken was like rubber. I sent it back. The manager took the two items off the bill. (Obviously). After we complained to him that the cook should check food before it leaves the kitchen he decided he would give us an item to take home. They?re happy if you?re happy. However if you have a complaint like waiting 90 minutes for pancakes, (which shouldn?t have... because everyone around you got served, paid and left before you were served, and then when they finally did arrive, they werethe wrong order)?the manager (big guy-gray hair)-tells you that everyone got served first because they made a reservation.That?s what happened to me today. Meanwhile my debit card works just as well as anyone else?s reservation or not. The servertold me I?d have to wait another half hour for pancakes. Pancakes. Read more
Ordered my food thru Doordash and this food is such a disappointment. It has no flavor at all barely any salt smh. I had to take... out my seasoning to season all of it. Eggs are cooked horribly idk who you guys have as chefs but horrible. Also the waffle washorrible super doughy and not crunchy at all I barely ate it. Great food, large portions and multiple kids menus for the short wait time! I've been wanting to come eat here for a while but... it always seemed packed... now I know why! Went there for a luncheon with about 30 family and friends. Ordered off the catering menu. Not one person had a bad meal.... Everything from the appetizer to the desert was incredible. The staff was on top of everything and the manager Bobby was great.Would definitely use them again for a big party. We also go there before shows at the theater and have never had a badexperience.
