I think it was a manager who took our order. I wish I looked at his name tag. But the man was super amazing and efficient.... Moved fast and didn't have any errors in our order. Thank you for that. That's everything you pretty much want in fast food. Fast and efficient. Read more
Handed 2 strawberry frosties, then taken back from me, than handed another order. Got home to eat and it still was not correct.... Drive-through traffic was minimal. Read more
Ordered the chicken Caesar salad, went home and put in refrigerator. 2 hrs later I went yo have it for dinner. I was so upset to... see that I was given a "used" salad it was only 1/2 filled and had the dressing already on it. Had to throw it away. Will NEVERgo back to this Wendy's again Read more
Back when I was just a young'n living on the streets of Baltimore my foster mom wouldn't feed but once a day... and when she... did, it was always mayonaise on a dirty roll. Sometimes she would literally stuff that mayonaise bread down my throat. Thus, Ihave never liked mayonaise and just thinking about makes me vomit. So I went to Wendy's three times in the last five days. Each time I ordered a nummer six, spicy chicken sammich, but plain please. Plain, nothing on it. No mayonaise. I confirmedthis with the mister who took my order. Yet two of the three times, lo and behold, there was mayonaise. Well, I lost it. Ivomited all over my car. Two of the three times, the frenched fries were cold and stale. I dunno what happened to this place(Wendy's in Patchogue) but I ain't going there no more. They don't listen and don't care. I absolutely love chicken sandwiches, Unfortunately this Wendy's and the one close in Medford seem to microwave the chicken... patty and nothing more. I take one bite into a slimy, wet patty, half the chicken skin is mushed. (I order it plain then addketchup, no reason for it to have a slimy consistency) Then I noticed a bunch of liquid dripped out the side onto the table.Just a horrible experience from a fan of chicken sandwiches. Yesterday 11/1/20 at around 7:53PM I stopped by the wendys drive through to pick up some food. I ordered a #6 Spicy Chicken... Sandwich Combo, 2 kids meals and a lemonade. I arrived home a short 6 minutes later. Eager to eat my sandwich as I had beenstarving, I take a bite of my sandwich and thought something felt off, texture wise, I ate the first bite.. then I take mysandwich apart, and to my disbelief the chicken was COMPLETELY RAW! Immediately I took a video of what I was looking at. I wentback to the restaurant and asked the man at the drive thru window to take a look at what they had served me, and he refused andexclaimed ?I can?t take that back?.. he then turns around and calls his manager? Who takes my wendys bag, takes the sandwich outand says ?what the? they offered to replace my sandwich and file a claim which I did. How does this happen at a fast food joint? Read more
Food is always good. I've never had Bad fries from them. That's important and they have a biggie bag that cost $5 dollars...a... sandwich, fries,4 piece nugget, and a soda....u believable for 5 bucks. Read more
