I placed an order for banana splits through Uber eats. The drive was less than 8 minutes. The banana splits had NO BANANAS!!!!... The ice cream was completely MELTED!! None of the directions were followed all of them had NUTS and Chocolate one includedcookie dough bits. How hard is it to follow directions for ice cream! I will never order from this place again. Service was terrible. They had run out of vanilla ice cream, don't carry strawberry ice cream or hot fudge, just choclate syrup... and carmel and they only had a few other ice cream flavors to choose. When I asked about the problems I was given non-committalanswers, that they didn't know "anything". That's fine, because I don't have to go back to any Baskin-Robins store any time everif that's how they run their business. Read more

Very bad service,people don't pay attention to orders of customers and they start to clean floor when customers are eating
This place is always nice to go to in the mornings actually noon and night time it gets very full here.
This place doubles as a Dunkin Donuts, which is a plus if u like donuts. The Baskin Robin section is decent. They don't restock... the ice cream as often as I would like. The banana split is what I usually get. This spot is usually packed. Lots of ppl use itto charge their phones so u may or may not get to sit and enjoy ur meal, head up. Read more
I stopped here for a new oreo drink that I saw they promoted, will attach the picture, when I ordered the lady that took care of... me, (didn't ask her name but she was indian I believe) did a terrible job making my shake, she gave me something that didn'tlooked like like the flyer at all, I will attach a picture of the shake she made, well I decided to give them a second chancebut this time I complained about what happened to me last time and the lady that took care of me this time she was shesweetest,I even asked her name this time, I think it was nickauri, she made sure my shake looked just like the picture in theflyer and it was delicious too.. I already went for the 3rd time and asked for her to make my shake. I will attach photos of howcute it came out. This company needs to make sure their staff knows what they are doing. I just hope they are consideringnikauri's effort and kindness. Read more
