I visited this location for the first time about a week or two ago. This was my first time eating Checkers and the food did not... disappoint. I went through the Drive-Thru. The ordering process was well done and the food took a reasonable amount of time tomake and be given to me. My only issue is the location because of it being inside the city of Paterson, it may feel a littleunsafe at times. But if you?re willing to get passed that, it?s worth the drive to get yourself some awesome, reasonably pricedfood! Read more
They really have the worst customer service in the drive through. They asked you to leave the car and go the window to get your... food, or you need to go inside the restaurant to get your meal. I will never come back here again. Read more
Horrible service. Went home starving. I was at the drive thru menu and was told to wait. I waited for about 20 minutes at a fast... food joint! All I wanted was a chicken sandwich and fries. I then proceeded to go to the next window because I was not serviced.Once I get there I?m told to go back around. Who wants to wait another 20-30 in a maze to get food. This place is a trap if youchoose to leave you?re stuck once you drive to the menu. Customer service definitely needs work there. If you want to wait 20minutes and waste gas just to place your order then go there. Read more
Food is decent but overpriced! The fries and the milkshakes are the best items on the menu, but only if the fries are crispy and... not oily and saggy. If the walk in closed at 3am like they used to and raise the prices like 3 times I would give them 4 starsfor convenience and value. And wait time can be long decent amount of the times you order, but there's times when there a bitspeedy. Read more
