It?s a Dunkin!! They?re pretty quick and they haven?t messed up my order yet. They?re friendly, but also keep in mind they?re a... stones throw from downtown Paterson. They have horrendous customer service, like I know is a fast food restaurant but at least the minimum they can do is to get the... freaking order right . Stopped in on June 23rd to get a latte around 7:20 pm and the girl behind the counter who helped me was so friendly, very... professional and attentive to the customers. I'll be coming back because of her. The latte was perfect but her attitude wasstellar. Love this place. Read more

?? Where?s the coffee?? It?s just ice, milk and whipped cream. As I was in a rush. I just took what was handed to me and drove.... When I finally had the chance to drink my (what was SUPPOSED to be) coffee, I didn?t taste the caramel OR the coffee, but tastedwater, milk and cinnamon(?) do better. Read more
