This place has lost its touch over time. The people that work there are extremely rude! Refused to accommodate us when we asked... for our order to be fixed with no vegetables. Created an entire fuss and scene in the restaurant. I will never give this placebusiness again. Customer service is everything and this place has miserable workers with nasty attitudes! Read more

Been going here for years food used to be great. Not sure what happened, new chef???? Ordered Jalea to go and half of the... container had fried greasy crumbs at the bottom, yuck. Yuca had a funky taste to it like it went bad or something. Never everexperienced that after decades of eating Peruvian food. Never going there again unfortunately Read more
Very upset had to put a star to post Told the waitress is a roach on my cup she just cleaned it up saying where no there's no... roach, the other cup had a bigger one Didn't want to do a scene, but she try to make it seen I was lying so that's why I postthis. If she would it had say sorry or apologize for the inconvenience but they just got rude with me,well there you go that isa roach on my cup lady. And no I don't want no free food like you said,after that no more el Gordo restaurant for myfamily.
