Order is never correct. I ordered the same thing 4 days in a row and the price was different each time
I went through the drive-thru with a code from the McDonalds app. I told the lousy worker my code and he proceeded to speak... LOUDLY and NASTILY to me, about my code not working. I?ve worked in customer service for 4 years, when youre having a problem,you seek help from someone who may be able to resolve said issue, you DONT speak nastily customers. Just a tip. I love McD's but this spor never had strawberry shake or cream pies, like what's up, those 2 items are never available. Either... order more pies or discontinue them & fix your milk shake machine bc ik it works, u guys just don't want to make shake & haveto clean it afterwards Read more
I feel bad even giving this place a star. I ordered on DoorDash and this is the location in my area they get it from. I ordered... a two cheeseburger meal and they didn?t give me the Patty for both of the burgers. Just cheese and ketchup on a bun. I tried tocall several times and no one answered. Absolutely awful. Pretty much everytime I'd go there they have an issue with something... It's annoying!! Today's issue was, they didn't have... enough sandwiches prepared and no hash browns!! ....made people wait 15 minutes to have a guy come out confused the orders andnever gave up the coffees that were part of the order then claimed he had procure them prior....! There is always an problem atthis place.... and so much bad attitude towards customers! That's not the type of thing you want to have first thing in themorning while trying to get a breakfast meal!!! If I could, I?d give this place a 1/2 star. The staff is miserable & unprofessional, and the service is extremely slow. I?ve... only been there a few times and each time, they?ve gotten my order wrong. And when you try to correct the order, the staff isrude. Today was the last straw. Terrible store with incompetent staff. They cannot get the orders right and assume you should be happy to get what sludge they... throw into a bag. Don?t bother with the drive thru because they?ll have you pull aside and wait anyway. Read more
