Terrible service got my order wrong multiple times and rude staff.
The store is brand new literaly everything is ok ,but they need to work on their custumer service i made a mobile order on just... 3 items (a combo) i had to wait about 7-10 minutes, while i was waiting i saw employees on their phones. definitely not comingback to this store Read more

Work on customer service. There?s nothing wrong with being Spanish of course but not everyone speaks Spanish. I ordered apple... pies but realized I was charged more than I was told. I decided I did not want them before receiving the food I said I wouldlike a refund but it seemed like they did not understand my request then was told to go park to the side like no I am notleaving my debit card with strangers. Very frustrating because I was looked at like I was crazy for their lack of understanding.Finally the girl at the window had to translate to the manager what I wanted since they still kept trying to hand me the pies.Bottom line is if you?re a ?manager? you should speak English as well. Complaint about these McDonald's at Market St, Downtown Paterson N.J. It seen that the restrooms it is never available to the... customers to use after certain time at night, sometimes 21/2 hours prior to be closed to the public. These scenario happens veryfrequent. I understand that if you have a business which serve food to the public you are obligated to provide restrooms serviceto everyone who is consuming and spending money at your business. Another thing is that some of your supervisor do what theylike to because like I was told by the one supervising tonight at about 8:35 p.m. she said that she will not let me use therestroom because she said so. Also they place a sign on the door with the "Out of Order" 2 to 3 hours before the 11:00 p.m.closing time. Read more
The night crew is way friendlier than the morning. Not one hello or good morning no thanks they barely speak in the morning.... Night crew looks to be a young group and they give off a totally different vibe. Surprising because it?s downtown Paterson atnight and they still make you feel welcomed. I?m sorry to do it but the morning crew really is just some of the worse peopleever, they all have no clue what customer service is. Read more
