Get there at 11:20 the place smelled like old burnt grease and place was very dirty my son didn't want to stay and eat because... he couldn't stand the smell so I told him I'll just order to go. Ordered a famous bowl and girl says oh sorry we have no chickenfor that I said ok can I have your 2 piece meal that you have advertised or you don't have chicken for that either she said nowe don't have chicken for that all we have available is the A&W items. My son said dad let's just go then. So we left It takesus 25 minutes to get there and what a waist of gas and time. It hasn't been the only time either. a little overdue review.when i pulled in a few weeks back, all the spots in the parking lot where they have the cars park to... wait for their drive thru orders were full. people were standing outside of their cars visibly upset. i get to the drive thru,waited for 5 minutes and never even got acknowledged. No "may i take your order" or even a "can you please wait" or anything. itwas my first visit to a KFC in years, and was reminded one of the two reasons why i stopped going in the first place. neveragain. Spent $21 dollars on a mac & cheese combo and a 3 pc tender combo. Didn?t receive the fries for the mac & cheese combo and the 3... tenders were the skimpiest, driest tenders I?ve ever had from KFC. Incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price.Take your money literally anywhere else for a better deal. Read more
The girl at the speaker was rude. The cashier was ruder. Had to park for our food. Waited at least 10 minutes. The girl who... brought the food to the truck was rude. The "gravy" was gross, more like water. Was missing the biscuits. Overall a wonderfulexperience ???? Read more
This particular KFC is absolutely terrible when it comes to Customer Service or lack thereof! I keep giving the Crew the benefit... of the doubt because maybe they're having a bad day as We all do now and again. However the Crew reminds Myself again how theyjust don't care or aren't being trained on how to talk to and treat Customers with respect and professionalism. Today is August6th ... free Rootbeer Float Day at your local A&W when you join A&W's Rewards Program. I did so and went with My Family to thisparticular A&W and My Wife, My Mother in Law and My Son all went in to the Restaurant before Myself, I was waiting in the carfor a bit before going in and My Family had all recieved their free Floats and My Son said not to bother with the RewardsProgram as the A&W Associate wasn't asking to see verification on Our phones for the Program so I ordered My free Float and wasinitially told it was $4 for My Float. I questioned the Associate about the free Float and He said that I needed to produce thecoupon on the Rewards Program App for the free Float, I asked him why did I need to do that when the other Members of My Familydidn't have to. He insisted that I show him My coupon for the Float or I wouldn't get one free. I have the coupon but didn'tfeel I should have to show it if the other Members of My Family didn't have to. Why was I being asked when Others weren't .....0% consistency when Customers are involved, could this be, dare I say it .... DISCRIMINATION!!! Management needs to do a betterjob of training their Employees so incidents like this won't happen. I gave them a 1 Star rating because in order to rate aRestaurant you have to give them at least a Star, if it wasn't for that they wouldn't have gotten any Stars. The store is FILTHY. Tables had trash and food debris. One of the employees complained when a guest asked for a table to be... wiped clean. The floor was sticky. AND the soda fountain had MOLD! #kfc Read more

Awful that?s all I can really say about this place. I came in with my grandchildren to get some lunch and I?m just horrified.... The condition of this establishment is awful. I was disgusted it had not only mold on the soda machine but gross sticky floors.The food was disgusting as well. The workers were eating and I saw bugs in the cooking area. Not only that but the workers wererude and just awful to my grandchildren. Also one of the workers who?s very clearly a teenage girl was a manager?!
