Went once the sandwich was amazing, door dash twice, put in special instructions for my French dip to be well done, it was very... red, and blood soaked bread I took it apart and and microwaved the meat, 2nd delivery I ordered turkey and salami, I receivedturkey and pepperoni, and had to take that off as well this time I complained, the special instructions you add with door dashI don't think they are reading them, I have a 9.00 credit and will attempt a 3rd time, hopefully this will be the charm andmy.order is correct, i loved my first sandwich there the bread is so good, well I'll try again, it has to be right this time. SLOOOOOWEST AND MOST INEFFICIENT SERVICE EVER. Placed my order online. They said it?s be ready in 25 min. Got there and they... said it?d be another 20 min. In total, I waited one hour , paid $100, for 4 sandwiches, soup and a salad?. SERIOUSLY?!?? Read more

Terrible service paid for a large Mac n Cheese and 2 sandwiches they packed up In a rush I understand they are busy arrived home... to find no Mac N Cheese went back to the store and the staff argued with me that they had packed it. I wouldn't return for aitem if it wasn't missing. Then they replaced it with a small Mac n Cheese that was only half full. 2nd attempt with doordashordered a kids meal they packed the applesauce and milk but no sandwich come on double check orders before just handing it off. Ridiculous. The kids in there play too much and can?t concentrate on work. Sourdough & Co is wasting money on workers that don?t... work. They?re 3 for 3 on messing up the order. (When someone asks for no onions and you put them on there; you need to remakethe salad, not pick them off and hand it back). They need a better system of answering phones and taking orders at the counterat the same time. That also takes way too long. The food was good but not worth the hassle. The owners need to address it fastor it will lead to another empty Subway or Togo?s. I?ll wait a month or two and try it one more time. Hopefully, I?ll be able toedit this. Read more
I can?t recommend this establishment at this time. They made me wait 30 mins for a chicken poblano soup. It was their smallest... size which should have taken 5 minutes max (the soup was ready, I just needed 2 scoops in a cup). And they only got started onit because I questioned them where my soup was after waiting 25 minutes. Read more
Best brisket sub in Patterson hands down, I heard about this place on Facebook and It's definitely the most unique sandwich... that they make and something you can't find anywhere else. Thinly sliced hot brisket is not too salty and has a great texture.You get your choice of bread and cheese, so we go for the sourdough ofc and American cheese ???? Comes with mayo, mustard,lettuce, tomato, onion. The large 8 inch is enough for two people to share. The sourdough bread is really is special. It canget really busy around lunch so recommend calling in your order ahead or plan ahead. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get yourorder but it was relatively busy today. Read more
