I tried to be considerate but this was the last straw for me. I wait in line for about 10 min when there are 2 people in front... of me. there are dozens of people waiting for their drinks because the workers are more focused on the drive thru orders. Iorder and wait another 15-20 min for 1 grande sized drink and as soon as i leave I take a sip and my order is wrong. Ispecifically asked for creme based because I don?t like coffee but now my day is ruined. Read more
Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Garbages are overflowing, no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and no milk... for your coffe. When I asked for milk, the guy pulled out a 1 gallon jug and then poured it all over my hand when I put my drinkon the counter. What a mess. Read more

Some days great, other days they couldn't care less if they get your order right. Some days you pay for extras and they don't... add it, and other days, they make it better than expected, all depends on who is serving that day. Also, $5 a drink and themnot giving you the points anymore really sucks. Then if you order food it's more like $12 a person. Read more

Stopped for a coffee on Thanksgiving morning. The store was extremely busy but the gent taking orders was cheerful and polite... and generally made the transaction really pleasant. Certainly the biggest asset in that location. Read more
