I tried to cater ice cream for my sons birthday, after many calls and voice mails no one ever returned my calls. But I also made... it an every other day thing to take the family out for ice cream and support this local businesses in the area until I went inone night and ordered 3 cones and 2 shakes. The owner looked bothered that I was ordering so much. Then huffed and puffed when Iasked him a question. I completely ignored his nasty unprofessionalism and decided to just pay. After spending about 40 dollars,he goes on to help the following customer and doesn?t offer me a tray or cup holder. Politely I asked for one and he just threwit on the counter. How was I suppose to carry 5 items and drive home? If you can?t handle your business or don?t like it, closeit down! No one need your nasty attitude and negative energy!
