Food came out quickly. Food was good. Service was good.
Always delicious! We stop here often and they never disappoint. Our food tonight was all correct and hot! :) I ordered a mini... blizzard and it did not have many cookie dough pieces, so I asked the girl at the drive-thru if I could get a little spoonfulmore :) ha. She was so kind and gave me some and she didn?t even act irritated or inconvenienced (employees like those are hardto come by these days!) So thank you, sweet girl at the window, who made my night with cookie dough! :) Read more
The restaurant is generally untidy regardless of the time I visit. Last week I was unable to find a clean table in the entire... restaurant. The floors were "sticky" when walking on them. There were fries, paper napkins and other items on the floor. Thearea behind the main counter was littered with various ingredients. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, when I inquired onthe status of it I was told they "lost it". They did remake my order at no additional cost. Disappointing thing is we were theonly ones in the restaurant and there were at least 6 employees standing around chatting and checking their phones. Really nice food, didn't really need the banana split but oh well it was good. Staff was wonderful.
Got a banana split, and wanted different toppings. I got charged extra for the toppings. I was not adding toppings just subbing.
The fries I ordered weren't in the bag. When I told the person at the drive through, he asked me if I checked my bag. He told... me it didn't show that I ordered fries. He was rude and they need more training. Read more
This restaurant is our go to place, have always had good food and service. This time not! Chicken strips were cold and salty and... fries were awful. My husband's burger was hot & good but fries could have been a day old. Sad very sad! Plenty of help though! Read more
Best fast food I have had in a long time. Staff was cheerful and went above and beyond in their service. Rarely write reviews... good or bad, but the DQ in Paulding was fantastic. Our food was plenty hot and fresh with generous portions. Pat yourselves onthe back. Read more
