Stopped here after a sporting event. It was 8:30ish pm. There were 2 extremely nice young adults working. Nobody in the place... when we arrived yet they were busy cleaning etc. They stopped what they were doing to help us. They were very efficient andfriendly. Their boss and family should be proud. Zero stars would be more appropriate. I had a terrible experience with my mobile order. I received 3 footlong subs with only... pepperoni, no sauce, no cheese, and cold. Then I had to deal with an extremely rude and contentious employee, who pretty muchsaid it was not her problem even after seeing the receipt that showed the order was placed correctly,. She then proceeded torefuse to put me in contact with a manager. Mistakes can happen for sure, but there is no excuse for this kind of customerservice. Read more
OK so I just went there tonight it's February 23rd and the rude teenager super snobby she wasnt wearing any name tag because she... knew she was being rude and didn't want to get her name reported. She was so rude to me that it wasn't even funny. I wantedMonterey cheddar she didn't have that so she told me to just get italian Herb I told her I'm allergic to Italian Herb she gaveme it anyways after I had said no thank you she then proceeded to cop a attitude with me while I was attempting to order. Had boyfriend get me a sub since I was hone with our son. I got a chicken bacon ranch I opened the sub and it was torn and... falling apart everywhere and was loaded in sauce. I currently work for a subway and have worked the subway industries for 4years and know they aren't putting care or thought into making sure their subs are nice or half way edible for their customers. 7:50pm june30,2019 this place is the worse. They were out of half their vegys. Their not giving everyone same amount of meat.... The guy in front of me got more normal amount of meat then me that was b4 he got the extra. Then when i brought it up theemployee said it was bc he got extra. I said he had more normal meat then me b4 the extra. Ya had pans stacked behind them onthe counter. I think the only reason he gave me less is bc i took the last of the meat in the pan. He sore he measued itright. Ya i watched. He didnt. I am never coming back to this one. Read more
Work crew faxed an order there. They did not toast any of our subs like asked. One sub supposed to have black olives, they put... onions (not asked for) and no olives and did not put cheese on the sub. They only had wheat bread @ 8pm? Read more
Pretty decent prices are fair clean but the cashier gave me a card and said that they would have Rewards program now and swiped... my new card, then I went to another Subway couple days ago and apparently you have to activate the card first so I got nothingbut a blank card. Friendly when I came in to grab a decent sized order. Everything was to the subway standard.
