Restaurant feedback; first I want to emphasize that previous experiences had been wonderful, making this a favorite McDonalds... location for my husband and I. We had never had a terrible experience prior to today. We used the app as always to make an orderand waited over 30 minutes, all the while cars that had come after us and waiting in curbside came and went. Waiting is notusually an issue but their were three different young employees (2 girls, one blonde and one short with long brown hair and oneyoung man with coiled hair) came out with bags of food each going to one car after another asking what food the customersordered. It was apparent there was or had been some sort of mix up and after the 20 minute mark a couple managers came out andwere trying to mitigate. Accidents happen and people get impatient and sometimes take food that isnt theirs which is what Iimagined happened to ours, the big deal is how it was handled which was not very well. We were asked several times by multiplepeople what food we had ordered and after 30 minutes the young man came out with ours and said they had given us large friesinstead of medium as an apology for the wait; the thing is we already ordered large fries! Thats what we would have gottenanyways. I suspect that these young people must have been new and as someone who worked several years in food service I try tobe understanding but again the situation was handled super poorly. Come on now guys when a burger is ordered as a special request don?t just grab one from the bin and add the special grill order.... It is VERY OBVIOUS that this is what you did to my cheeseburgers. Also food should be hot not colder than my drink was???? Read more
Not fresh, burned bun, flat and stiff as a board. Mcnuggets not fresh or filet of fish either. This has happened several times... at the Pauls Valley location. Read more
I love this location and the staff and management team get 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me!! However, the app is an issue.... I'm stuck at work every single day, so I ordered a meal on the app and had a friend go to pick it up - they would not even makethe food unless my phone was at the store??? I mean, what?? I highly recommend just going there to order, the app is garbage.The employees will take good care of you in person! Read more
Most fun McDonald's we've seen. I was very amused by this FUN color-changing table. This location is clean. The bench seats are... extra comfy. The decor is very modern and the staff is friendly. May 2022 the indoor playplace was open. Read more
I'm not impressed with this location. It is right of Interstate 35, so you would think the service would be "fast-paced" and... food quality to be great, as they should handle a large number of customers and get plenty of experience with those aspects...itwas not. It seemed they were going at a slower than normal pace and the food quality was lacking from a usual McDonald's taste.We asked for sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets at the speaker. When we arrived at the window and received our food, there wasno sauce. We asked before leaving the window and was handed Ranch. We asked again for sweet and sour sauce and explained hehanded us Ranch and he said in a lackluster voice...ok, and went to get the requested sauce. No emotion or enthusiasm. Theamount of food given was not ideal. When you order a large fry...you expect a LARGE fry. Not a medium fry in a large container.Same goes for the drinks. There was a good inch between the top of the liquid and the lid. The chicken nuggets were harder thanusual and almost NEEDED sauce, not crisp and juicy. If you have eaten at McDonald's, which almost everyone has, you know whatyou're getting...unless it's a new menu item. Don't hold this location to the same standards as other you have visited. I'vebeen here multiple times and maybe, 1 out of every 6, the food quality and service can be ranked up there with the nationalMcDonald's level. Not sure what the deal is here but several cars returned to exchange food while we were in line for 25 min and then we returned... our food too because it was all cold. Store is always locked, have not been back and won't. Taco bell is next door it's waybetter! Read more
