Pauls valley is full of the friendliest people. These employees and managers will bend over backwards to not help you. Waited at the order board and no one ever came. I pushed the button and it acknowledged that someone would be with me. I was... there so long that it cleared itself. I tried again and same thing. Decided to use the drive thru. Corn dogs were soggy and coldon the middle. Read more

Alot of broke stalls here. Seems to happen alot and you won't know until you've pulled in. Seems like you could put I sign where... a driver could see it before they pulled in. Otherwise food is usually good and decently fast. Read more

Apparently this is the worst sonic ive ever been too. Waited 15 min in the drive through from a #3 (Bacon Double Cheese burger... meal)?what did I get? Look at the picture, a single cheese burger with mustard?.I didn?t discover the mistake until I get on theroad and am 5 miles down I-35, THEN discover the mistake and can not even turn around?so I call them, they transfer me to themanager, and she says hello I can?t hear you and just hangs up the phone. Last time I?ll ever go to that sonic on my weeklydrive from OKC to DFW. Terrible service. To top it off, they didn?t even give me a receipt.
