This McDonald's is extremely unprofessional. We had to repeat our order through the drive thru 3-4x because the girl on the... intercom was talking to employees the whole time. We were in the line for about 15 minutes and we were the first and only car tocome through. They forgot the toy for my daughter's happy meal and we were not being rude or anything. If our daughter wasn't sohungry, we would have just left halfway through talking to the girl at the drive thru. Don't waste your time. Dunkin across thestreet probably has better service and is quicker. Read more
We tried to come into the dining room at 7 pm, all doors were locked and employees looked to all be sitting down in the booths.... Really needed to change my daughters diaper so that was super annoying, ordered on the app and pulled through the drive thu onlyto be told they weren?t taking any orders?. They always have an issue. They have told me they are done taking orders in the drive thru at 11 am before. The Ice cream... machine never works. I was told my food was ready in the drive through but we are waiting on drinks. There is no reason itshould take 15 minutes for drinks. It got to the point where i just told the young lady to give me two bottles of water. Thereare so many occasions at this specific Mcdonalds that i have had an issue, that i just finally had to write a review about howfrustrated i am with this place. Read more
I came here all the time but I am very dissapointed that became a terrible place! They messed up my order that I want sprite and... they gave me sparkling water. Until now, I still have no clues and are they really sell sparkling water. I have look up mobileapp menu and they don't sell sparkling water. Good ! I have no clues that where my drink come from. The young lady prepping food kept wiping her hands on her clothes then making orders. The manager Michael was sweaty and it was... dripping everywhere! Love this location. The night employees are fantastic. Foods hot and my order is usually right. ???? I like to have a mobile... order ready before arriving to the drive through. There are some serious deals on the app. Definitely worth checking out. Havehad a few instances where the store was closed a half hour early. Be wary of that with late night trips. Read more
McDonald's is not the same. The prices have went up but the food quality is not the same. Their burgers in past were better, but... now the taste is different. Maybe they are trying to save money and have reduced quality. Just my opinion. Read more
