Slowest dive through on the planet. No need to have meaningful conversations with everyone in the drive through. Make the... coffee, serve, move on the to next? no good reason at all why this drive through is slower than molasses on a cold day! It was our first time and my wife really enjoyed the coffee. We got the egg, cheese and sausage breakfast sandwich and we... surprised at the size and the was one of our favorite breakfasts. I had ice tea and if tasted freshly made and delicious. Read more
good coffee not great. service is nice. line is SO LONG. i am not sure why they are so slow because they are very well staffed.... everytime i go here the line is aggressively long for no apparent reason. Read more
Horrible location in paw paw. Customer service was fine, but I waited in a 4-5 car line for about 45 minutes. Once I got to the... window I waited another 10 minutes for my 2 drinks. 1 was supposed to be frozen, the other iced. Both came out frozen and thedoor was shut in our face pretty quickly so we couldn?t ask for an iced one nor did we feel like waiting another 10 minutes forthem to remake the drink. Read more
So hard to review this store staff is amazing always happy and comforting, drinks and bagels are always top quality, however... this is the worlds slowest store definitely need better management would have so much more business if they worked on theirspeeds I?d rather wait 25 mins till I get to Kalamazoo than waist a average of 40 mins for 3 drinks!
