The lady today was amazing! I was so disappointed to find out something was discontinued but can't beat a fresh Jr whopper.
I sat in-line for 25 minutes. Had one car in front of me and was stuck between others waiting to order.
They got my picky, over complicated double cheeseburger order correct all the way down to the"nuke" it hot!
Pulled in at 815 pm and asked for shakes burgers and fries. When told shake machine was down, I was asked if they could get us... something different. I asked them to hold while I asked my daughter, and the window worker got bent out of shape...as if I wascausing her an issue. When I asked if that bothered her, she certainly forgot that customers pay their checks. I was remindedwhy I DONT seek to "have it your way"! It's more about suiting the sensitive people who forgot to plan better for theirfuture. Wendy's filled our orders graciously...as usual. Glad I am properly inforned/directed, to better options. We went through drive thru and they messed the order. We talked to manager but no proper reply and also they charge more what we... order and didn't revert the changes too. Not good what we have faced. Not recommended for drive thru Read more
TERRIBLE FOOD, AWFUL MANAGER (Caitlin) Went through the drive thru. Asked to be patient, we were. Order; 1 fish sandwich, 1 Jr... whopper with cheese and extra pickle. Cold food, no cheese, no extra pickles. Called and spoke to manager Caitlin. Told her howdissatisfied we were & disappointed they shoved this out the window knowingly. Waited over 5 minutes for my food at the drive thru. I was the only customer in the drive thru. I could visibly see the... employees spending more time having a conversation, than they were actually working. My food was cold and not cooked as itshould have been. Read more
I asked for 3 sandwiches, 1/3 were correct. The 2 that were not did not have the condiments I asked for.
