Jimmy Johns made me eat Subway On 8-29-22 I ordered a sub, drink, pickle etc. at 12:34pm. A gal took my order and I explained... I'm in a white semi by the bus stop. She asked me to repeat what I said. I explained im a truck driver and I ran out of hoursand can they deliver it to me in my white walmart semi by the bus stop. Everything was going great, so I thought. 40 minuteslater, I still did not have an order. I been sitting here looking for any car with a Jimmy johns sign. Nothing. So I called. Ayoung man answered and I explained, I called about 40 minutes ago but no one had arrived yet. He said, "I'm sorry our deliverydriver is out on deliveries right now" I said any idea when he might be here? "No. He's got several orders and should be theresoon. I was like ok but dang. So I waited another 20 minutes. Im tired. I work midnights, I been up for 17 hours or more, andI want to go to bed. So at 1:33 (59 minutes) I call again. I got the gal who took my order. I said yea, I ordered an hour agoand still have no delivery. She apologized and said there is only one driver and he's been taking 10 orders at a time. I saidok can I just cancel the order. (I had no idea if mine was out or still in the store.) I was tired of waiting and was justgonna grab a quick item from the walmart deli. Not what I wanted but I could be asleep in 30 mins or less. When I asked tocancel the order I thought she said im sorry I can't do anything about that.. I was stunned! I said wait, excuse me? You can'tcancel the order? She said no I can. I said I thought you said you cant do anything about it? She said no thats not what Isaid. I said I cant do anything about only having 1 driver. I may be wrong. Either way it was kinda snarky to reiterate theyonly have one driver. She could have just ok and were all good. But whatever, she canceled the order told me it would take 2days to process. Super fast service! Excellent subs. Always a winner in our book!
So fast and they do not cut corners here. Sandwich is always fresh and stacked high. Lunch rush is their cake walk.
Never had good service here at this location. Warning do not order on the app. Had orders wrong. Yes they fixed the issues. But... I shouldn't get the wrong order all the time I order. Tried to give this location a good chance but I dint know if I'll be back. Read more
Ordered a number 1 and they gave me a number 16 out of spite. Because they charged me for a giant number 1. So then at the... window I asked for them to change it to an original. Then they just gave me a sub and when I got home it wasn?t the right one.It also took 15 minutes to get my food. They?re incompetent people who shouldn?t be in the food service industry. Read more
Fast and delicious sandwiches. First time I had their cookie ???? it is pretty amazing not going to lie. However they did forget... our chips and cookies the 1st time! Would of been 5 stars if they paid more attention to the order. Read more
I love my Jimmy John's. You have to try the caeser wrap it is fantastic. This place has the best sandwiches, ???? down.
