Man every time. The people are more that sweet. But I just went in tonight. Waited for 12 minutes for cold no salt fries and... sideways mcribs that spilled and got the rest of my food covered in sauce. I ordered a 6 pc happymeal and got a 4 instead andhad to ask for the toy. Got a 20 price that was as cold as the fries. WHich means it sat in the bag waiting while i was pulledforward. I?ve grown up in this town. My self as well as many locals actually avoid this McDonald?s. Notorious for poor customer service.... Also well know for having numerous cars pulled forward, only to have each person coming back in with incorrect orders to standin line AGAIN. A clear indication that they Connor keep up with the orders they have and should stop taking further orders untilthey can get the current orders taken care of. A few nights ago I had a craving for a Big Mac and a frappe. I should have known.I went inside to order. When my order hit the screen. The manager actually yelled at the poor man behind the counter that shetold him to tell people the machine was down because they were just too busy. It clearly wasn?t since she made my drink. Dined in. There was no urgency to fulfill dine in orders, only drive through. We waited in line for 10 minutes after we were... acknowledged before our order was taken, and the folks behind us waited another 5-10 minutes before THEIR order was placed. Went inside to dine in at lunchtime. Customer service at the front seemed liked she didn't want to be there so no hello and she... wasn't handing out cups had to ask for them. Dinning room was dirty tables and floors. Also seen a worker in the kitchenwithout a beard guard on his facial hair. Read more
If I could give you zero stars I would give zero stars.! I went to get breakfast this morning and waited for 30 minutes and... ended up having to get my money back because they didn?t have anymore hash browns. They are getting lunch orders taken care ofbefore the breakfast customers. The workers are messing around in the back with no regard for customer service. This is not thefirst time this has happened at the pawpaw McDonald?s. Someone needs to learn how to manage a fast food restaurant. Fast fooddoesn?t take 30 minutes. Staff was pleasant. The dining room, kids play-land & bathroom were clean. We waited almost 20 mins for our order but in their... defense it was pretty busy outside at driveway. That?s why we went inside. Read more
