Originally I gave this place 5 stars. Happy people, good food and drinks. This year, it's a gamble. One day you'll get amazing... frozen coffee, blended nice and smooth, great flavor, the next day you'll get chunky drinks and tastes disgusting. On my first visit I couldn't decide which frozen coffee to order. The sweet young lady offered to make a special version she... concocted for her friend. I love to try new drinks, so I agreed. I did a mobile order through the Dunkin app on my way to Charleston for the Pawleys Island store. My wife asked for a large skim... milk @ the speaker. The girl taking the order said all they had was whole bottle milk. My wife mentioned that our Murrells Inletstore made it for her because she can't drink whole milk. The girl then said with a major attitude, "THIS ISN'T THE MURRELLSINLET STORE!" We pulled up to the window to get my mobile order and of course it wasn't correct. When I asked for my tomatoeavocado toast they looked dumb founded. They have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING. Dunkin should really beashamed to have their name on that door.
