This has got to be the worst McDonald's location west of the Mississippi. I drive a truck and eat out often, and every time I am... forced to stop here. It's at least a 20 minute wait for a burger. The staff is rude, they don't care at all. Today I dare to askfor a receipt when the kiosk didn't print it out, and was told "you won't get one from there." I wish there was other optionsbesides roadkill on this turnpike, I would take them. Read more
This is my go to McDonald's. I always use the app. I have three McDonald's close to me but this is the one I choose. I haven't... had many issues with my order being correct (honestly, I don't remember any except I did have an issue like six months ago but Imay have went to another one but I don't remember). The staff isn't always friendly but (as far as I remember) the food isalways really good and my fries are always hot. The prices are marginally cheaper than some McDonald's. There's usually a linebut they move through it pretty fast. Read more
This is literally the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Every time we have ever ordered from here the food is poorly prepared... or flat out missing. I gave it another chance tonight and grabbed dinner on my way home only to get 15 minutes away, sit downand open up my burger box to a LITERAL POND OF MUSTARD on the quarter pounder that was supposed to be dry. Clean, good service, good food and friendly. I even got a free Frappuccino for no reason. I live in Memphis. It's nice to see... employees actually making you feel welcome. Doesn't happen here. Read more
Just stopped to take my baby girl potty. Nice big grassy area and clean bathrooms!
Food tasted old. Was overpriced (should be expected as somewhat but not triple priced). Person at the register didn?t know what... he was doing. I asked for a large drink, he handed me a medium cup, I asked if that was large and he said oh you wanted large,took the medium back, put it back on the stack of medium cups and gave me a large. That is completely unsanitary and justwrong!!! My husband got an upset stomach from eating here!! Will not ever eat at this McDonald?s ever again!! Read more
