Originally ordered food that said would take seven minutes to cook. I was in a hurry and could not wait. They claim to refunded... my money. I?m looking at my bank statement and I still got charged $17.15 for a meal I never received; later on that day I got acouple double cheeseburgers that were cold. Read more
I went there today through the drive through and my ice coffee was sour. I went inside to tell the manager and she acted like it... was no big deal. I asked her when it was made and she said she didn't know but probably last night. I asked her if they putdates on the coffee when they make it and she said they don't. They don't even put dates on the food they are prepping and haveno idea when it will be served. They also failed to give me a receipt with my order. Never again Read more
After years of refusing to go to this bk because of a past bad experience I decided to try again and once again I got a terrible... experience the girl on the speaker was extremely rude and rushing me then I get to the window and pay get my drink and told Ineed to park at the front of the building to wait for my food I get around to the front of the building and the girl was outsidewaiting for me to get my food. I did not need to be parked they just wanted there time to be down for drive thru orders.Absolutely terrible experience. I used to work for bk for 4 years and never treated my customers like this. If the time was highwe just tried our best to satisfy our customers in a timely fashion. On top of that, the food was like rubber and fries was coldended up throwing everything away. This place is so unprofessional if I could I wouldn?t even give this place one star. Went to the drive through ordered two meals... and was told to wait up front they took a while so went inside for my order. Came to the car to find the sandwiches wasbasically falling out the wrap, and they had no bread for one of the sandwiches so I was never told that instead they put thesandwich on half of a bread . I ask for my money back on my card never got my money back still waiting this place needs to beretained completely even with management. Read more
Probably the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Burger King. I waited for about 10 minutes at the drive thru to put in my... order. I thought maybe they were short staffed or maybe really busy. When I finally put in my order and got to the window theemployees were arguing and cussing at each other. I was with my 10 year old son. I waited there for 5 minutes hoping someonewould get my 2 double cheeseburgers done so I could pay and leave but that never happened. I ended up driving off with no food.Will probably never come back to this location. Read more
This Burger King is such a vibe m. I came here to order 2 Impossible Whoppers to sit down and eat inside and they?re playing the... most relaxing music! It is what you would expect to hear if you were getting a massage at a spa. I couldn?t have asked foranything better right now.
