They still have great classic sub sandwiches, hot or cold. The only thing is you have to pay extra for a normal amount of meat... that you would expect. They should just upped the price of the sandwich if inflation is affecting the product instead of givinga customer, a lot of bread and no meat. He would always want to make sure the customer understands the quantity of food one willreceive regardless of price. Read more

The Lobster roll was delicious. And not cheap. But I don't like when you pay with your credit card it asks for a tip. Tip for... what? I'm ordering my own food at the counter and picking it up. It's a fast food place like Macdonald's Should not be on thereceipt. It's ok for a delivery. But not ordering & P/U your self. So people beware. Read more

The staff are very disrespectful with their costumers! They don?t even bother to read what we order. This is the second time... that I order a lobster sandwich and they send it totally incomplete. The first time, they sent me a lobster sandwich withoutlobster. For real, it had only lettuce, tomato and bacon. Now I tried to order something for the second time and they sent me awrap with lobster and nothing else. Totally disgusting! I have an impression that the staff only care about their own cellphoneand social media, and are even capable of reading an order. Read more
