On the website it says Dunkin donuts is open till 10:00 p.m. I got there at 8:42 and the girl was telling me they were already... closed at the drive-thru how can you be close at 8:42 when you're website and your signage says 10:00 p.m. and then you mess upthe order on top of it Read more
Went in to pick up a ?walk-in? order. The place was not too busy. The front door was still locked. There was no sign in the door... saying the lobby is closed. I stood waiting until someone would see me trying to get in. I was ignored. I went through the drivethrough. I asked through the order speaker if the front was meant to be locked. They told me yes, that they only have 3 peopleand they have someone running late. This happened to me when I worked at Dunkin? and I know the owner would not allow this. Putup a sign or deal with the business till the late person shows up. From the conversation I overheard through the window one ofthe people working there was not professional at all. The other two seemed to be professional. Good time to get tips when youcan see how hard someone is working rather than hearing them complain about little things. Read more

I waited in line for 15 minutes because someone ahead of me kept changing her order. And, had a large order. ( She was ordering... while on the phone) I had to pull out of line (before I could order) because I was going to be late for work. The people behindme left as well. There should be some policy that if you have a large order, go inside. People are so incredibly inconsiderateof others. Read more
Super great coffee from the jump but noticing more recently that their customer service is starting to slow down, when it comes... to Windows they get a in and out like it's nothing, but they like to take their time more when it comes to their dine-ins. Conveniently located directly off the highway with easy return to both north and south on route 95. Very clean. Great staff.
One of the associates got mad because they messed up my order multiple times and I got frustrated. So she called me a bunch of... derogatory names. Then when I called corporate, the franchise manager lied and said they spoke with me to resolve the issue,when they did not. Absolute jokes. Also your food is always cold when you go here. Read more
