Had to return to have my iced coffee remade. I asked for 4 milks, 3 sugar. I got cream and no sugar. It?s the 2nd time it?s... happened. I won?t leave drive through without sipping it. They had ice today so that was good. Read more
Was in the late night line, pulled up to the intercom at 11:40; no response, the second it hit 12:00 a.m. the girl hops on the... intercom to tell me they were closed; I informed her that we were waiting 20 mins for you to answer and she laughs and she saysoh well I don't know what to tell you we're closed. I don't mind being told hey listen our kitchen is closed we're not going tobe able to serve you that's fine, what I don't appreciate is the fact that you wasted my time and sat there until it reachedclosing time to tell me hey we're closed, and laugh about it. Must be the most poorly run store ever. People waiting 8 minutes for a cup of coffee. 15 minutes for food. And a management just... sitting in the lobby doing a class or something online. Absolutely no management whatsoever. Read more
Drive threw on a Saturday is a no go lol. The lady in the drive through line was so rude with an attitude. There's no ice for... the sodas. No caps on the drinks or ice cream and I spilled it all over the car. Asked for hamburger and double cheese and onlygot 2 dbl cheese so I asked them to put one hamburger one dble cheese she asked why I gave them both to her with an attitude.And the Coke was flat. 1030pm and they were incredibly slow. It took forever just to order, and longer still to get our food. Yet while we were waiting... we could see the staff through the drive up window, all just standing around. Staff also wasn't the friendliest, very curt. Thefries were surprisingly fresh for the time of day, though so kudos for that. Read more
Went to McDonalds for "fast" food and it was anything but.. I arrived 11/18/22 21:15 (9:15) had to repeat my order 4 times... because you could hear the employees laughing joking and doing everything but working. My order included a double hamburger nopickle extra onion. When I got my order, the bun was rock hard, so I sent it back. When I received the 2nd burger I was asked tocheck to see if it was okay, that bun too was also hard, I sent it back and received my 3rd burger once again was asked to checkit, this time was a double cheeseburger, sent that back and asked to once again check my order.. I thought it was ok. Went homeand checked my meal, this time I finally received a double hamburger soft,or normal bun , no pickles very little mustard, verylittle ketchup a d very little onion. Checked my pumpkin pies, which had a discard date of 11/18/22 20:12.. an hour old.. wasnot fresh. This is the worst McDonalds and I Will Not be back.
