RIDICULOUS. I would give zero stars if I could. I waited 25 minutes for two hamburgers and a fry. I was not the only one, every... other customer was clearly aggravated as their orders were also delayed. Some people didn't get their orders until they asked"where is my food?". The employees are miserable and rude. When I finally recieved my food the burgers and fries were COLD, noteven room temperature, but cold and the fries were borderline stale. The restaurant is also disgustingly dirty. Corporate needsto shut this location down until they can hire competent people to run this store. Read more
Went there for a morning coffee and found the door locked 2 hours after the listed opening time on google. No signs were present... on the windows or doors saying when the walk in space opens. Someone was in the lobby cleaning and saw me there, but didn't openthe door. I decided to walk by the drive thru window and they said they'd open the door. Once inside I asked if it's normal forthe door to be locked at that time, and they said it depends on how busy it is. This would be fine, but there's no signageindicating it. If you go there in the morning looking to walk in, you may find the door randomly locked. The coffee itself wasfine. Read more
Cheap with fry portions. I got three kids meals, ask for a chocolate milk and two hi-c for the meals they didn't have no... chocolate milk and failed to tell me they didn't have ice before I ordered $40 worth of food then when I wanted to cancel mydrinks had an attitude. I think if you don't have ice on 100° weather day you should be informing all of your customers. Mindyou this is the second time I've been there and they don't have ice because the machine is broken. This place had the same exact menu as the last McDonald's I went to. BORING. I gave them t stars bc I didn't eat there. I met... someone and we went out to eat somewhere else and the food was amazing. Good idea picking the place we did. Not that McDonald'shad anything to do with it but that's how I rate things. This is specific to the Pawtucket Mineral Spring location: Nasty manager (the Hispanic one usually on breakfast). Treats... everyone like a huge inconvenience except her Spanish speaking friends that hang out there. You will wait FOREVER for your food- usually won't get it until you ask what's taking so long. Nasty manager likes to charge for things that you're supposed to getwith your meal, so order through the app and add condiments there to avoid paying for butter, syrup, jelly, napkins, etc.Otherwise, everything is 25 cents extra (only with this manager - it's as if it's coming out of her pocket). And when she ismanaging, you can count on the staff being absolutely miserable and treating you with complete disrespect. Closest one to myhouse, so my comments are based on no less than 20-30 experiences - mostly dine in. This manager is absolutely brutal to theemployees for NO reason (saw her rip a girl a new one because she didn't tell a drive through customer to park specifically indrive through spot #2. Said, "when I tell you to say something you say it! If I tell you to tell them to park in spot number twothen you have to physically tell them to park in spot number two". I don't know what "physically" telling them means but Iassume it's the same as just telling them. Not to mention the air conditioning is broken, has been for weeks, and theseemployees deserve to be cut a little bit of slack because they're working in what is almost literally hell right now. 100 plusdegree temperatures - probably against all kinds of Labor and health codes but that's not my specialty. A year ago i gave this mcdonalds a 5 star rating but now i give it a 1 because i ordered 2 apple pies and they both came old,... cold, and one of them had a bite in them. The fries i received were also cold. Read more
Has to have been the worst Macdonalds I have ever been to. After waiting 10 min. In line for 5 people in front of me, i get my... food with my drinks not close to being full.. When I asked why the drinks were not full I was told that is how they come. Ipayed cash and was not offered a receipt. They really need to get help in there or at least train people correctly. I said to myself pulling in here that the food will probably be terrible, and it was. Cold fries and buns were so hard I could... hammer nails with them. Needless to say I didn?t eat it after 2 bites. Thanks for nothing. Read more
