I order a pizza I get there I was told they didn?t have anything under my name for a order. I leave ten mins later they called... me asking if I was going pick up my food. I don't understand the bad reviews. I had to drive a little out of my way to this location as they closed the Papa John's near... me. I was starving and could see my pizza was ready as promised when I arrived, the gentleman was on the phone with acomplicated order. He did acknowledge me when he had to put the customer on hold and when he got off the phone he gave me a verysincere apology which goes a very long way with me. I made sure to note his name, Mario, so I could acknowledge him in myreview. Usually people don't care at all and are borderline rude so I was very happy. I specifically went there for the stuffedcrust pepperoni pizza because I have been craving it and it was freaking delicious. Read more
The food here is only so-so. I've had pizza from a few different places locally. I still prefer Domino's over Papa John's. They... do give you a little garlic dipping sauce you dip your crust in which tastes good. The cookie dessert is excellent. Still can'tbeat the taste of pizza around the corner at Pawtucket House. Heard alot of good things about Papa John's pizza seems they were all lies! Placed my order and I don't even receive what I... ordered... didn't even know that till I got home... seems the only thing they actually got right was how big the pizza wassuppose to be but it had all the wrong toppings thankfully I have no allergies... will never buy pizza from Papa John's again Read more
