I work at the Miriam Hospital - My co workers and I ordered Piezonis for lunch. When I placed my order I asked if it would... arrive by 12 pm , the girl on the phone said it would be there by 12. It is now 12:40 and it?s not here. When I called to findout a time the lady placed me on hold and handed the phone to her manager. Manager told me they placed the order for door dashfor whatever reason and it should have been here by now. She then said she would call tk find out. Well when I called backagain she then told me that I was told it would go through door dash when I placed the order. I was never told to that in thebeginning if that was the case I would have ordered through them my self. Very rude she said she told us about it. And then wenton to say she wouldn?t be taking orders from the hospital anymore because it?s always an issue. I think the only issue here isthem. So now lunch is over and we have nothing for lunch. I enjoy doing business with this location due to the quality of service I receive from Mariangelys every time I call to place an... order for our meetings. She does an outstanding job with making sure to get our food delivered on time and we get our wholeorder correct. I would give her 5 stars for her customer service. Delivery driver who I believe is Hispanic always is verypleasant and great customer skills. Read more

I only generally order pizza here occasionally, I've never had a bad experience the pizza arrives in a timely manner via... delivery, the pizza itself was delicious the crust was buttery the toppings were generous i would recommend for pizza cannotspeak on any other menu items. Read more
Worst experience ever!! Ordered a sandwich at the counter. After waiting 20 mins I asked about my sandwich and the girl goes to... the kitchen. Comes back with "your sandwich will be ready soon". Never started my sandwich then rushed it out 4 mins after Iasked abt it. That's why I stopped going there. Bad service. Try the place next door. ANNNDDDD they forgot the cheese. Read more
