Horrible Experience! Great intentions with the drive-in theater but horrible execution. Arrived 10 minutes before show time... (which was at 6:30PM), food order wasn?t taken until nearly 7PM. Mind you, the event ends at 8PM and as new cars are pulling inwe still hadn?t received our food. At nearly 8:15 our food finally arrives at which time I requested a refund due to needing toget back home to my kids. Upon explaining the situation to the woman delivering the food, her response was ? you can just eat itat home?. Luckily, 20 minutes later I got my refund (for food only) from a different individual. Shortly after, the womanleading the event comes over, I explain the bad experience and is not given even a slight apology. Overall absolutelyridiculous. Read more
