Ordered take out. At pick up given wrong order, my husband noticed the error, not the staff, then got our order. Got our 3 meals... home...one meal missing side of cole slaw; 2nd meal missing side of baked potato, salad greens were brown beyond edible &chopped steak was raw in center (raw, not undercooked). I called to make them aware. The young lady said she would write downthe problems!? Totally unfazed, offered no compensation. Our order was 47 dollars. We had been loyal customers for years.Breakfast every Sunday & dinner several times during the week. This is the second time we had major mixups, things missing, notcooked well. Chalked 1st time up to a bad day & let it pass. With the way the 2nd time was handled, I will not beordering/eating there in the future. Mistakes happen, good customer service is correcting them. This is one of my all time favorite restaurants! I've been going there to eat since I was about 5 years old with my Mom and... Grandparents so I'd say it's around 50 years! I will drive the miles to go there just to have their homemade chicken andwaffles meal. I've had chicken and waffles other restaurants and none have ever been as authentic PA Dutch and delicious!! Ofcourse their other meals are also fantastic and the service is the best. Read more

We did Thanksgiving lunch yesterday. We were a party of 9. Everyone said how delicious it was. Food was great. The stuffing is... out of this world! Plenty to eat. Love the all you can eat service. Staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. A shoutout to the waitress, Coco. Sweet lady. Dessert table had plenty to pick from. We are regulars at Massers and you can't beat thedelicious food and quantity you get. Read more
